Michael has deep experience finding those lever points that fuel recurring revenue growth and clear out bottlenecks. He was part of the executive team that took a rapidly growing private company to a successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange. During that time he saw how critical it was to have systems and processes that made the business easier to run, manage and grow. He served as the Chief Information Officer for that company as it grew through the terrible teenage years into a mature business. He knows the tactical and strategic foundations that have to be set for companies to grow and operate effectively . He has also worked with companies that serve the consumer education industries by helping them through marketing cycles and opportunity management. Finally, he has worked with small startup companies to help them see the best places to focus their limited money and time.
